Hotel Security Manager

Vigilus Facilities is looking for a **Hotel Security Manager** to join its team in Dakar.

**About the position**

As a Hotel Security Manager, you will be responsible for implementing and monitoring all security policies and procedures within our hotel client. You will supervise the teams of agents and ensure compliance with Senegalese security regulations.

**Your responsibilities**

- Develop and implement security policies in accordance with local regulations and international standards
- Supervise, coordinate and train teams of security agents
- Manage video surveillance and access control systems
- Identify and analyze potential risks to propose mitigation plans
- Ensure regulatory compliance and prepare for security audits
- Write activity reports and incident reports
- Coordinate with local authorities in case of emergency
- Train all hotel staff in safety procedures

**Profile wanted**

**Training and experience**
- Significant experience in security management (3 years minimum)
- Training in safety, security or related field
- Experience in a hotel environment preferred

**Skills required**
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (French required, English preferred)
- Ability to work in a team and manage employees
- Knowledge of local safety regulations
- Keen observation skills and ability to resolve problems quickly
- Absolute composure and discretion

**Certifications desired**
- First aid certification (PRAP, SST)
- Fire safety certification
- Valid private security agent accreditation
