Job Description & Responsibilities
Vigilus Facilities is looking for a Business Developer able to grow its client portfolio and support business expansion, particularly in HVAC/Refrigeration and Professional Cleaning.
Main responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Prospect and grow the B2B client portfolio.
• Present solutions tailored to prospects’ and clients’ needs.
• Contribute to negotiations and long-term commercial relationships.
• Support the growth of targeted Facility Management activities.
Candidate Requirements & Qualifications
• At least 5 years of business-development experience.
• Excellent prospecting, negotiation and client-retention skills.
• Strong results orientation and interpersonal skills.
