Inventory, Procurement & Logistics Officer

Vigilus Facilities is looking for an Inventory, Procurement & Logistics Officer to strengthen its teams and help optimize purchasing, procurement, inventory management and logistics operations.

About the role

In a multi-service environment (security, cleaning, refrigeration & air conditioning, maintenance), you will ensure the availability of the products, equipment and supplies needed for operations, at the best cost and on time.

Your duties

- Manage purchasing and procurement based on operational needs
- Consult suppliers, compare offers and follow up orders
- Manage inventory: receipts, issues, stock counts and reorder levels
- Organize and monitor logistics operations and distribution to client sites
- Set up and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Coordinate with the various departments (operations, finance, quality)
- Ensure compliance with quality, environmental and safety procedures (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001)

Required profile

- Master's degree (4+ years of higher education) minimum in logistics, supply chain, management or equivalent
- Experience in a similar role
- Good knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards
- Proficiency in office tools (especially Excel) and inventory management software
- Structured, rigorous and results-oriented
- Good negotiation and communication skills
- Eager to take on a new challenge in a multi-service environment
