VIGILUS Facilities is looking for a Business Developer to grow its client portfolio and support the growth of its activities, especially in:

- Refrigeration & Air Conditioning
- Professional Cleaning

Your duties

- Identify and prospect new B2B clients (companies, institutions, hotels, industries, residences)
- Analyze prospects' needs and propose tailored solutions
- Prepare commercial proposals and respond to tenders with the technical teams
- Negotiate and close contracts
- Retain and grow the existing client portfolio
- Monitor the market and competitors
- Track sales targets and report regularly

Required profile

- At least 5 years of business development experience
- Excellent prospecting, negotiation and client retention skills
- Strong results orientation and interpersonal skills
- Experience in Facility Management, refrigeration & HVAC or professional cleaning is a plus
- Good knowledge of the Senegalese business landscape
- Autonomy, perseverance and excellent oral and written communication
